Queensland(er) Wins Division 2 Nationals!

Division 2 Nationals 2012 it sounds like it went very well over the weekend, despite the lack of a fully-fledged Queensland team (bonks Townsville on the head) which means that there will forever be an asterisk* against the winners ... except we'll stake a claim to the 2012 trophy, as the captain of the winning team, HoS Black, was none-other than proper-Queenslander-slumming-it-down-south Andy McLean. Well done Andy, TDs and disc-boys.

*Just kidding of course - well done to all. 10 teams!

Thanks JDR,
Other notable Queenslanders included Huddy and Keith Cameron-Smith of the other finalists Quoll. The tournament was decided on the length of Keith's fingertips as he sky d'ed in the final point only for it to fall in the hands of a HoS player who finished for a win by 2 points.
If Townsville or a Firestorm B had come down they would have given it a real shake as well.
Andy

I travel not to go anywhere, but to go. I travel for travel's sake. The great affair is to move
