I was considering backing Rawhide based on the fact that Dojo was only 15-12 over what I would consider a pretty depleted Lovers, but then, they lost 15-9 to Messy themselves.
Slippery could finally become the goods this season, but it will take more than a scrappy undermanned game to prove that to me yet.
no imagination this week, If slippery win I should get double points for backing the underdog :P. everyone knows bookies rig stuff so the favorites lose!!

Depleted? We had 6 subs! Just because they are newbies doesn't mean they can't play, imagine what they'll be like with a few weeks experience.
Good on you Pete. Yes - the new improved Lovers are a team of the (near) future with more players than they can use.
Pretty soon the young guys are going to get their game heads and will be tough tough tough.
But for my money, the experience and execution of Passion will do the job in a very close game this week. Hey - even Cheeseburger tipped them!
